Workshop Description:
Leading security teams isn't just about understanding how to implement a SIEM or managing the latest EDR. security leaders are tasked with helping their teams grow as individuals while staying connected to business goals that often don't resonate with engineers and security professionals.
This 2 hour workshop will go over the fundamental skills required to be an effective security leader, not just a security engineer.
We will cover driving organizational vision and connecting your team to the company mission, establishing goals, and tracking meaningful KPIs to establishing a culture of accountability and comraderies to fight off alert fatigue and burnout.
