Parking
Where do I park, and what is the cost at the Marriott Hotel, Churchill Downs, and JTCC?
Next to the Marriott hotel is the Convention Center/Hyatt parking garage with self-parking, $16 Daily. (There is a sky bridge from the garage to the Marriott)
Churchill Downs parking is in the white lot. The venue staff will instruct you where to park if it's complete. Parking is free.
Jefferson College has a parking lot adjacent to the Building, and Parking is free.
Logistics
Where do we ship (receive and return) swag, vendor items, and other materials?
All items can be shipped to the Marriott Hotel Downtown. The shipping label must bear the name Hack Red Con Sponsor Name. The shipper must provide a return label. If the items do not have a return label, the hotel will be instructed to donate them to charity or throw them away. The conference center cannot ship any materials.
During setup day, can we pre-select the table location inside the venue? (For sponsors, villages, partners)
No, the coordinator will provide all of the tables. The spaces are first come, first served, so come as early as possible!
Where do we get conference badges and tickets?
Badges will be available to each team member during check-in/registration at Churchill Downs on the 24th and 25th. Conference tickets are available in the HackRedCon online portal and must be reserved before the event. Your team members must individually register in the sponsor portal and provide the requested information to receive their conference tickets.
Is there internet access?
Wireless access at both sites is provided. Your assigned coordinators will give connectivity information.

Events
What extra events are included with the tickets?
Post-Conference events will be held at the Louisville Marriott Downtown
Thursday, Oct 24th: Sponsor/Speaker’s dinner – invite only (7:00pm-9:00pm)
Friday, Oct 25th: Lobby/BarCon (8:00pm-12:00am)
Saturday, Oct 26th: Morning Run, Jeopardy, Slide Shenanigans, After Party, Networking, and Fun (8:00pm-12:00am)
Raffle
When is the raffle, and how do we get involved?
Contact us at operations@hackredcon.com with the prizes you want to provide. Upon check-in, the Raffle Coordinator will verify your items and discuss logistics. Past HRC Raffle prizes have included Cert vouchers, swag, software subscriptions and memberships, artwork, hacking tools, etc. To win raffle prizes, attendees must visit all sponsor booths and obtain signatures on their "HRC24 Betting Cards" during the conference.
